The ILICAT LL.M entrance exam is conducted by the authority of Indian Law Institute in the month of June every year. Students who clear the written exam are called for Viva-Voce.

QUESTION PAPER FORMAT
TOTAL MARKS: 200
- MCQs (General, 40 marks): 40 questions of 1 mark each
- MCQs (Law, 100 marks): 100 questions of 1 mark each
- SUBJECTIVE (40 marks): 4 questions of 10 marks each = 40 mark
Viva-Voce (20 marks): Students clearing written exam will be called for viva-voce.
TIME ALLOTTED: 2 hours and 30 minutes
NEGATIVE MARKING: : 0.25 marks will be deducted in objective part for each incorrect answer.

1 year LL.M programme comprising of 2 semesters.
