National Law University, Delhi conducts the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) PG exam for admitting candidates to its LL.M program. The exam is scheduled on first Sunday of May every year and is conducted in offline mode.

QUESTION PAPER FORMAT for AILET LL.M
TOTAL MARKS: 150
- 150 MCQs of 1 mark each
TIME ALLOTTED: 1 hour and 30 minutes (10 am to 11:30 am)
NEGATIVE MARKING: The criteria for negative marking will be based on the formula 0.25 * 4 = 1, which means for every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted. Therefore, four wrong answers will lead to deduction of 1 mark.
COURSE DURATION
The LL.M programme is for 1 year with semester exams.
SEATS: Currently the intake capacity for the program is 81 seats.
- 70 seats for Indian residents,
- 10 seats for foreign nationals and,
- 1 seat for Kashmiri Migrants (KM) including Kashmiri Pandits/Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non Migrants) who are living in the Kashmir Valley.
